Finding the Bombay Hair Salon was a blessing to me, I had just moved to California and already experienced a truly awful hair experience. My hair was damaged & uneven. As soon as I spoke to Lu on the phone I knew I'd found the right stylist. She was warm and interested in what I had to say about my hair & what I wanted. We set an appointment that week. At my first sitting it was obvious she was not one of those stylists simply interested in selling you all of the services you don't need in order to increase the ticket. She examined my hair, explained what she saw and explained how we could fix it. Then she went to work on me. I've been a loyal, regular client ever since. I've even hooked my mom, who demands a visit to Lu's (The Bombay Salon) every time she visits me in California.
