How we work
These are the following steps we follow to deliver you best quality website.
Step1: After getting Project intimation from the Client’s end we will devote our time to discuss about the project in a best possible way – may be via online Chat and/or phone as convenient.
Step2: We suggest you to go through our work policy (Terms & condition and Privacy Policy) before we go on an official agreement for the Project. We will send the official agreement doc in PDF format. Both parties (Client & the developer) have to agree as per the agreement framed.
Step3: We will do the initial design mock up in JPEG image format and will send it to you for necessary approval / changes / comments etc. Please review this and get back to us as earlier possible so that we can go forward to next step. We will do change the design if you need the same.
Step4: In this step we will do HTML coding with CSS. So please ensure that the design mock up in Step3 is confirmed and final. In this step design changes will take much time and at the same time Cost will be added reasonably.
Step5: After coding/programming with database (Mysql) we will upload the site in our UAT server. We will send you the requisite credentials to check/view the site. You can add/edit contents, images etc. In this phase we will do extensive QA, bug fixing etc. Then you will have to provide the Live Server Credentials.
Step6: Now is the time for deployment of the project in LIVE server. Final QA will be assured. Project signed off.
Step7: This is Support phase for the next 90 days from the date of Project being signed off. In this phase we will do small design related issues like image changes, Color Changes etc. Anything big functionality related issues will be charged – however these are reasonable and market competitive.
Other related steps:
1. Website SEO – This is a new module only applicable after successful completion of the Project. We have a dedicated SEO team to look after this part. We do website seo, web promotion, link building, link exchange program. The Price/charge will be negotiable as per the requirement.
